Habiata Is Google-Verified — Connect Your Inbox and Calendar with Confidence
22 May 2026 · 4 min read

Today we're excited to share a milestone for Habiata: We have completed CASA Tier 2 verification, our first independent security label. Google has recognised Habiata as a verified app, and that unlocks the integrations that make the platform truly powerful — starting with Messages and your calendars.
What you can do now
Connect your Gmail (or email) and calendar in Settings. From there, Habiata takes over the repetitive work that slows agencies down.
- Messages: your agency inbox inside Habiata, powered by Gmail, Outlook, or IMAP, with AI that actually understands real estate
- Calendar sync: property visits pushed automatically to Google Calendar or Apple Calendar, so your team always knows what's next
Use the tools your agency already relies on. Habiata connects to all of them and turns scattered emails and appointment chaos into one automated workflow.
Messages: the feature agencies love most
If you haven't tried Messages yet, this is the moment. It's built for how Luxembourg agencies actually work — dozens of enquiries per day, leads buried in threads, viewing requests mixed with admin, and follow-ups that slip through the cracks.
Connect Gmail or Outlook once, and Habiata pulls your conversations into a clean, unified inbox. Every incoming email is analysed by AI:
- Contacts are recognised and linked, so no more copying names and numbers by hand
- Properties are matched to listings in your portfolio when someone asks about a specific address or ad
- Dates and viewing requests are extracted so you can schedule without re-reading the whole thread
- Suggested actions appear with one click — create a contact, attach a deal, schedule a visit, reply with context already filled in
What used to take ten minutes per email becomes a single confirmation. Agencies tell us Messages alone saves hours every week, time they put back into clients and closings.
Important disclaimer: Habiata is not a Gmail or Outlook client. It is a standalone app that connects to your email and calendar accounts. Its purpose is to automate the work that slows agencies down, not to replace your email or calendar client.
Calendar sync that keeps visits on track
When a viewing is booked in Habiata, it lands in the calendar you choose — Google Calendar or Apple Calendar — with the property address, client details, and notes already attached. Your team sees the same schedule whether they're in Habiata, on Google, or on their iPhone. No double entry, no missed appointments.
Pair that with Messages and the loop closes: a lead emails you, Habiata suggests scheduling a visit, you confirm, and the calendar updates. That's the workflow we built Habiata for.
Our first security label and why it matters
CASA Tier 2 is an independent security assessment under Google's App Defense Alliance. It's the standard Google requires before any app can access sensitive permissions like email and calendar on your behalf.
For us, it's the first formal label we've received — proof that we build Habiata to real security standards, not just marketing claims. A Google-authorised lab reviewed how we encrypt data, handle OAuth tokens, and protect every message and event we sync. We don't use your Google data for ads, we don't sell it, and we document exactly what we access in our Privacy Policy.
You shouldn't have to choose between powerful automation and peace of mind. With verification complete, you get both.
Get started
Open Settings → Email & Calendar, connect Gmail or Outlook plus Google or Apple Calendar, and open Messages to see your inbox come alive. If your IT team wants the technical details, our Security page has the full picture — including how to request our Letter of Validation.
