Publish Your Properties on Luxembourg Real Estate Portals
11 July 2026 · 5 min read

Buyers in Luxembourg look at big portals like atHome or immotop and, of course, your own website.
Habiata works with all of them. You add a listing once, then easily send it to every portal you use.
All your portals in one place
Habiata connects to the portals Luxembourg agencies use every day. Open Portals in your dashboard, connect the ones you want, and publish from there.
Supported portals

atHome.lu

wortimmo.lu

immotop.lu

nextimmo.lu

Filia

ImmoScout24
Your own website
My Habiata website: a ready-made agency website with your branding.
Habiata Public API: show your listings on a website you already have (see the docs).
Custom FTP connection: send a standard feed to your own system.
You set up a property once in Habiata with its photos, price and descriptions in French, German, English and Luxembourgish. Then you send it to the portals you picked. When you change something later, Habiata updates the portals for you. And when someone contacts you through a portal, that lead shows up in Habiata instead of getting lost in your inbox.
More portals are being added all the time. If you don't see the one you use, let us know and we'll add it.

How to publish a listing
To get started with publishing, follow these steps:
Connect your portals. Open Portals in Habiata and connect the ones you use: atHome.lu, immotop, wortimmo, nextimmo, Filia, ImmoScout24, Immowelt, your Habiata website, or your own feed. You can receive the necessary login details from your portal provider. If you don't have them, we can help you get them.
Add your property. Enter the photos, the main details and the descriptions. If you like, Habiata can write the descriptions for you.
Pick where it goes. On the property page, click Publish, tick the portals you want, and confirm. Habiata does the rest.
Keep it up to date. If the price changes or the property is sold, just edit it once in Habiata. The portals update on their own.
New to Habiata? After you sign up, we help you connect your portals, set up your logins and publish your first listings.
Put listings on your own website
A lot of agencies want their properties on their own website as well as on the portals. Habiata gives you two ways to do that.
Option 1: Habiata website or API
The easiest option is My Habiata website: a ready-made agency site with your branding that updates itself when you publish. If you already have a website, your web developer can use the Habiata Public API to show your live listings on it. Everything they need is on our API page.
Option 2: FTP
Habiata can also send your listings by FTP, which is the file-based method many portals and older websites use. Habiata builds the feed and uploads it for you, so there is nothing to maintain by hand.
Now you can publish whole projects
A single apartment and a full new development are not the same thing to publish. That is why Habiata now supports Projects.
A Project is a group of related units, for example the apartments in one building or the houses in a new development. Instead of publishing twelve near-identical listings one by one, you:
Create a Project and add the units to it
Choose which units to include
Publish the whole thing to your portals as one group
On your own website, projects show up as one development with all their units together, which is perfect for a "new development" page. You can still publish a single unit on its own whenever you want. Projects are just an extra option, not a replacement.
Exposés, leads and visit tracking
Every property in Habiata can have an exposé: a clean web page with your branding, the photos, the key details, floor plans and a contact form. You share the link by email or WhatsApp, or add it to a visit reminder. Buyers see your agency, not a generic portal ad.
When someone fills in the form on an exposé, their details go straight into your Leads list, already linked to the property. One click turns that lead into a contact in your CRM. No more copying names and numbers out of emails.
You can also see how your exposés are doing:
Views: how many times each exposé was opened.
Visit details: device, language and when each visit happened.
Where leads come from: an exposé, a portal, your website form, or added by hand.
You can even have Habiata send the exposé automatically before a viewing, so buyers show up prepared and you can see who actually looked at it.
