The invalid provisions must be completed or interpreted in such a way that the spirit of the Terms & Conditions is respected. The Parties undertake to enter into negotiations in good faith and as soon as possible in order to replace the provision(s) declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable with valid, lawful and enforceable provisions that correspond as closely as possible to the economic and legal effect of the provision(s) declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable.
